In November 2016 I was diagnosed with a tumor in my head.  It was a scary time, but as I had done during other difficult times in my life, I became determined to put all of my energy into healing and growing from the experience.  After my surgery, I had a long recovery process and spent every day working towards wellness and reflecting.  When I started to return to myself, I realized how much I have actually been through in this lifetime and that I have a gift for turning challenges into opportunities to grow and thrive.  I understand the pain and seemingly unsurmountable obstacles of surviving abuse, discrimination, and drug addiction.  Sometimes it can seem impossible to even know how to move forward when you are stuck, faced with the unknown, or feeling life’s blows.  I have spent many years focusing on my recovery, spirituality, and learning ways to embrace change in order to live a healthy loving, and fulfilling life. I truly believe that if I can do it, anyone can.  I became a life coach to share my passion and talent for helping others achieve their dreams and flourish in their own unique ways. I am a life coach because nothing makes my heart sing more than seeing another person succeed
